Save some, or a lot, of money of your phone bill…

by | Oct 13, 2008 | jahlberg

One of the things we do for all of our new clients is to review their phone bills. We do this to ensure the current plan and services fit the needs of the firm and to see if there are any areas to save some money. You never know what you will find and it is almost always worth the exercise. To make this routine even better, faster, cheaper, we now use the services of Call One to play the expert.

So why Call One? Simply put – they “get it”. They understand great customer service and live by it, which is very rare in the telecom industry. They have a good client base of over 5,000 very happy customers and are there to help in anyway they can. Call One works with our clients to review their phone bills and recommend options, often saving our clients quite a bit of money in the process. Call One does telecommunications for a living so you get the best of breed vendor helping with your phone bills and telecom. There is no charge for this service and no pressure at all to work with them or not.

Call One just does not just help people with the current phone bills. They can help with all connectivity needs including MPLS, T1’s, T3’s, and other telecom needs including IP based phone system installations.

No, Call One is not paying me anything to speak highly of them or working with them. They recently worked with one of my new clients and ultimately saved them thousands of dollars a month on their phone bills. The experience was fantastic for the client and everything went so smoothly that the only impact anyone noticed was the savings on the phone bills. Speaking of bills, now the client just gets one bill instead of the multitude of bills they use to receive so the accounting department loves the change.

Call One can be found here http://www.callone.com/ and if you need an introduction, let me know. I’m sure they would be happy to speak with you and help.
