Leadership Team John C. Ahlberg A seasoned business technologist whose responsive, impartial advocacy for client needs has earned him the reputation of trusted technology adviser. A former CIO, he currently leverages more than 15 years of professional experience holding executive positions in commercial real-estate and law as well as traditional business process consulting. John has lead numerous technology initiatives including a 24 city WAN rollout, wireless handhelds and IP telephony and video, remaining focused on technology solutions that align with business objectives. He is experienced with system-wide redesign that supports core business applications, ensuring the deliverable satisfies internal as well as external constituents. A proactive thinker who converts business needs to application design, John has an aptitude for finding solutions without sacrificing quality or usability, evidenced by the design, co-development and implementation of a multi-database financial management system responsible for annual transaction flow in excess of $3 billion. John is an innovative leader who demonstrates adaptability and flexibility, consistently providing the needed solution, even if he must create it. When asked to design and implement the infrastructure upgrade for a firm with 15 national offices, he repeatedly experienced non-delivery from local vendors. He currently leverages more than a decade of professional experience holding leadership roles in technology, staffing and healthcare as well as traditional business process consulting. Mark's projects include installation and support for a multi-office network infrastructure while administering a digital record keeping system, as well as designing a unique informational multimedia program to index patients' medical treatments and procedures. While working with a large, national computer service and sales organization as a senior consultant, Mark managed procurement, deployment and loss prevention for all computer assets, as well as key account sales and service delivery for the 150 largest corporate customers. Mark also contributed to customer service compliance as an author writ large for support policies and procedures. While serving as Network Administrator for a multi-office national staffing firm, he established and managed an enterprise helpdesk. Mark was also responsible for all IT administration from hardware and software through enterprise databases and web services to security and training for 10 locations. In addition to honing project management skills, Mark rolled-out wireless LAN / WAN connectivity and implemented remote support for field users, minimizing travel and reducing related expenses. While Mark's expertise includes implementing, configuring and supporting Microsoft technologies, as well as administering enterprise web services, system security and database servers, Mark is unmatched at supporting users. He enjoys working with people of any competency level, and is adept at quickly identifying the user's need and successfully providing the right solution the first time.
