Waident MyTime Support
MyTime Support provides help at your convenience. For each request, we contact you to understand your need, and then resolve the issue immediately or defer support - per your schedule - to ensure minimal 'down time.' For example, an urgent printing problem might be addressed by installing an alternate printer immediately, then scheduling a 'fix' when you are at lunch or in a conference room meeting. By remotely accessing your computer when you don't need it, you experience minimal impact on your business processes.

Waident Anywhere Support
Better than real-time support, Waident Anywhere Support provides mobile users with the same quality of service as MyTime Support regardless of location.

Directions: Click the AnyWhere Support link. When prompted, click the Open option. A message will appear telling the user they are about to run remote control software. Click the OK button. Highlight the helpme.waident.com option and click OK. Within a matter of seconds, the user's computer will be remotely connected to Waident.

Technology Concierge E-mail
All clients have access to Waident's advanced technology via a dedicated email account. If you forget your dedicated email address, please try the following:

Typically, the e-mail is your company domain name@concierge.waident.com. For example, if you work for ABC Company and the web site is www.abc.com, the email address would be abc@concierge.waident.com. If this does not work, please email urgent@waident.com for assistance.
